Before becoming a coach, I spent almost 20 years in senior corporate roles as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. I understand the realities of sustained pressure, unrealistic workloads, and difficult working environments.
Alongside this, I’ve navigated anxiety, burnout, grief, and addiction, and rebuilt my life through recovery and reflection.
I left my 20-year career to retrain as a Certified Life Coach and Mindset Mentor because I know how many capable people struggle quietly.
Today, I help people find clarity, resilience, and a calmer, more sustainable way forward.
